Seeded Rye (Sunday)

The Danes call it "rugbrød" but we can't pronounce it. Our high-percentage rye mixed with sprouted rye berries, sesame, flax, sunflower and pumpkin seed. Traditionally used for "smørrebrød" (another word we can't pronounce).
