Pan Sesame Semolina Loaf (Wednesday)

Naturally-leavened semolina bread made with durum flour and coated with sesame seeds. It has a characteristic nutty flavor and chewy texture, softened with a little honey and extra-virgin olive oil. Baked in a loaf pan. Great for sandwiches.
