Old-World Rye (Friday)

85% dark rye flour, 15% whole wheat flour. 100% sourdough. Our strongest flavored bread. Slice thin and serve with butter and strongly flavored meats, cheeses and pickles. Best a day or two after baking. Will last at least 5 days.
